I close my eyes when I practise yoga.
It isn't about how it looks, it's about how it feels. Yoga is how I tune out of life's discord and distractions and tune into my body and being.
I follow my breath. I feel my human form. I flow with the essence of life.
Yoga is thousands of years old but it's also new, rediscovered in every moment.
