Women’s Circle

A place and space to gather and grow, learn and listen, share and support. It’s not about networking … it’s about nurturing: ourselves and each other. One of the reasons I love spending time with Abbie (www.nest-yoga.co.uk), is that we have powerful and profound conversations. I feel both grounded and uplifted by our time together. We are both craving a deeper sense of community. We would love to expand our little circle of two … to all of you. Each circle will include a breathwork practice, a co-creative exploration of a wellbeing topic, tea and treats and more. Sacred sisterhood: where we get to be honest and honoured and know that all we share remains in the circle. We have so many theme ideas from seasons and song to Human Design and tea ceremony… and of course, will be open to suggestions. Themes: Next one TBC
