Mindful movement: uniting breath, body and being for bounteous benefits. Small classes, set within serene Somerset surrounds. Sessions usually follow the format of: pranayama (breath work) warm up (and warm in) sun salutations / vinyasa flow (peak and power) settle and slow down (yin style) savasana (sometimes guided meditation) Notes: £12 pp for block booking 3+ classes (get in touch for this). All ages (from 13) and abilities welcome.
