Yoga Brunch

Food for Body & Soul

We will move through a delicious hour of yoga; surrender into a 15 minute savasana; and then share in food and fellowship. The brunch spread usually includes: - freshly pressed juice or fruit platter - homemade granola or muesli - local yoghurt & milk / homemade mylk - toast with toppings (eggs, jam, nut butter, cheese, etc.) - tea and coffee - bliss ball Weather permitting we will be seated outside with the Mendip Hills as our mesmerising backdrop ... option to walk barefoot on the earth to up the wellbeing! Note: we will need a minimum of 4 people for this event to go ahead. Dietary requirements can be catered for (gf / vegan / nut free, etc.), although all food will be prepared in a kitchen where cross contamination may naturally occur with any allergens. By booking, I accept that neither the instructor or hosting facility is liable for any injury or damage to person or property resulting from attending the yoga class / event (this includes the consumption of any food or beverages).
